Cut lean pork into small cubes
Saute in vegetable oil
Add 1 chopped onion, saute until soft
Add 2 large cans of diced green chiles
Add 1 container of Mrs. A's Salsa Verde
Salt and pepper to tatse
Cook for 15 mins on low.
